Spring/Summer makeup is the prettiest- who doesn’t love an excuse to pack on the highlighter and a bright lipstick?

I wanted to start this off by saying that I’m unapologetically a makeup lover. I’m sucked in along with everyone else by the adverts that promise supermodel cheekbones or ‘lashes you never knew you had’. And most of the time the effect is never quite as extreme as what is expected.
From around the time of July/August I have been obsessed with the Chanel Chance Au Tendre fragrance. Light, with the perfect mix of floral and fruity it was my favourite summer scent. But as the warmer months drew to a close, I knew it was time for a new scent more appropriate for the chilly mornings and woolly layers making they’re way out from the back of the wardrobe.
From the edgy gold, white and black packaging to the creamy long-lasting eyeshadows, Urban Decay’s collab with Gwen Stefani feels like their most luxurious release to date. I also think that it also feels like their most sturdy product yet, due to the heavy magnetic lid and taller height.
